In books dealing with nutrition I have often read of eggs and stinging nettles being compared to a multivitamin pill, because of their nutritional value along with their minerals and vitamin content. Even purified water has been referred by some has being the greatest of all supplements.
But who would have thought many years ago that fish oil supplements would be described as one of the greatest health all rounders ever discovered, indeed of all time. Which is great news for every one, especially those who suffer from literal all roundness or obesity.

I do not think I need to tell you which group experienced both weight loss and increased heart health, do I. Yes it was the one which took the fish oil supplements.
It appears that fatty acids do actually make the walls of veins and arteries increase in elasticity, thus improving blood flow which in turn increases the speed of nutrients being delivered round the body to their vital cells.
While it is true that nutrients in food are more easily absorbed than those in supplements, a fish oil is to be viewed as an exception, for the reason that fish are known to be contaminated with some very dangerous metals.
Pharmaceutical grade fish oil capsules avoids those dangers of contaminants, while at the same time containing a greatly increased fatty acid concentration, to give you even greater benefits to your weight loss or health program.
A Fish supper would certainly be allot tastier to the palate, but it is doubtful that your body would appreciate the after taste.
